TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below:

• "The Venue" means Century Mile Casino;
• "Visitor" means any person who enters The Venue for the purpose of gambling or other activities;
• "AGLC" means Alberta Gaming Liquor & Cannabis.

ARTICLE 2: AGE RESTRICTION

By entering The Venue, every Visitor warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and have attained the minimum legal age to gamble in Alberta. Any person under the age of 18 will be refused entry to The Venue for gambling purposes.

ARTICLE 3: RULES OF BEHAVIOR

Visitors must conduct themselves in an orderly manner, respect other patrons, staff, and property at all times while on The Venue premises. Loitering, sleeping, or causing disturbance is strictly prohibited. Visitors are not permitted to bring animals into the casino area.

ARTICLE 4: RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

Visitors must comply with AGLC's voluntary self-exclusion program and adhere to their own personal limits of time, money, and expenditure on gambling activities at The Venue.

ARTICLE 5: ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

Player rewards accounts are restricted to adults over the minimum legal age for gambling in Alberta. Any account may be suspended or closed without prior notice if it is suspected that a Visitor has breached these terms and conditions or where an account holder is found to have entered into unlawful activity on The Venue premises.

ARTICLE 6: GAMBLING LIMITS

There are no explicit personal deposit limits for cash gambling at The Venue. However, Visitors can request self-exclusion through AGLC's programs effectively limiting their future access to the casino area. Payouts from gaming machines will be made only when a player stops playing and upon completion of any required documentation.

ARTICLE 7: WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

Withdrawals at The Venue are constrained by cage cash availability, reporting requirements under AGLC regulations, and documented verification for large payouts. There is no publicly advertised fixed daily withdrawal limit set out in these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 8: GENERAL LIABILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The Venue accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage or expenses to visitors, their property, equipment, vehicles, employees or agents that arise as a result of or are in connection with The Venue operations. Visitors acknowledge that the use of gaming machines at The Venue is entirely at their own risk and accept these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, brands, trade names, logos, product symbols, emblems, signs, characters and designs displayed or referenced in any way on The Venue premises are proprietary marks of the owners. These include but not limited to gaming games software applications (e.g., NetEnt, Microgaming).

ARTICLE 10: GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta.

By entering or participating at The Venue for any purpose, every Visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions without exception.
