Responsible Gambling at Century Mile

As an AGLC-regulated venue, Century Mile Casino acknowledges the importance of responsible gaming practices. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our patrons.

Self-Exclusion Program

If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic or are negatively affecting your life, we encourage you to take advantage of our Self-Exclusion Program. This program allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from participating in gaming activities at Century Mile Casino for a minimum period of 30 days.

Voluntary Exclusion

You can also choose to self-exclude yourself from all AGLC-regulated casinos and racing entertainment centers, including Century Mile Casino. This will prevent you from accessing our facilities or engaging in gaming activities at any AGLC-regulated venue in Alberta.

Responsible Gambling Messages

Throughout our facility, you will find responsible gaming messages and signs. These are designed to remind patrons of the importance of responsible gaming practices and encourage them to seek help if needed.

We take issue with promoting any support organizations or services that can aid in overcoming problematic gaming behavior:

• National helplines for problem gaming

These organizations offer confidential assistance, counseling, and guidance on how to manage problem gambling.
